Red Bull Cliff Diving Azores 2017
It happened last weekend in Vila Franca do Campo, Azores, another stage of the Red Bull Cliff Diving ate the Portuguese lands. This year the Colombian Orlando Duque returns to the old form of a few years ago with an amazing victory at San Miguel, beating younger rivals and finishing at the top of the podium for the first time since 2013. Steven LoBue and Gary Hunt finished immediately behind of the legendary South American jumper.
In the ladies was the Mexican Adriana Jimenez who managed to achieve the top of the podium, his first victory of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, with an incredible final jump that gave him a comfortable advantage over his opponents, the Australian Helena Merten and the German Anna Bader.
